Virtual Run Waiver and Release of Liability

By registering for The Challenger: Bayan Virtual Run, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this virtual event and fully understand that running and related physical activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.

I certify that I am in good physical condition and medically able to participate in this event. I agree that I am solely responsible for my own health, safety, and well-being during my participation. I understand that I am responsible for selecting a safe running route or environment and for following all applicable local laws, traffic regulations, and safety guidelines.

I acknowledge that The Challenger, its organizers, affiliates, partners, sponsors, volunteers, and event staff shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, illness, loss, damages, or expenses that may occur as a result of my participation in this virtual run.

I also understand that this is a virtual event, and all run records submitted for leaderboard consideration are expected to be accurate and truthful. I agree to uphold honesty and sportsmanship when submitting my run results and related information.

By completing my registration, I confirm that I have read, fully understood, and voluntarily agreed to this waiver and release of liability.
